eat this: scotch egg
while catching the british television advertising awards…
something caught my eye, it was this scotch egg.
i had to try it!
the hard boiled egg is wrapped in a sausage meat mixture,
coated in bread crumbs, then deep-fried.
generally served cold with a spicy mustard.
it was meh, not worth the $5… but i didn’t pay;
however, it’s worth the try.
